A Hollywood Florida mom and son were recently charged with the shooting death of the son’s teenager friend. The shooting incident occurred back on April 28th when the son took his mother’s gun, which he thought was unloaded, and fired one shot which struck and killed his 13-year friend.
The Mother was charged with culpable negligence Thursday as her 14-year-old son as charged with Manslaughter.
